Gurfateh Pirzada is the brother of South Indian actress Mehreen Pirzada, who has appeared in the Tamil film ‘Patta’ opposite Dhanush.
Speaking of his sister Mehreen, she is an Indian model and actress who made her film debut with the Telugu film Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha opposite Nani. Mehreen played the character of Mahalakshmi. The film was a huge hit in Andhra Pradesh and the US box office. In March 2017, he made his Bollywood debut with the film Phillauri alongside Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh and Sooraj Sharma. Mehreen is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. As per खबरी भईया Gurfateh has earlier appeared in the Netflix film Guilty where he played the male lead in the 2020 film with Kiara Advani playing the role of Nanki Dutta. In this film, Akanksha Ranjan made her acting debut. The film received positive reviews from critics as well as the audience.
Gurfateh first debuted with his acting in ‘Friends in Law’ and later acted in ‘I’m Alone, You Are You’ also called “Hum Bhi Akele, Tum Bhi Akele”. According to media reports, Gurfateh can also be seen in Ayan Mukherjee’s film Brahmastra. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be in the lead roles in the film.
Gurfateh Peerzada says on Brahmastra, ‘Brahmastra was going to be my big acting project. I was 21 at that time. Now I am 26 years old. It was a great experience working with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and Ayan Mukerji on such a huge set. There is a problem in the beginning because you have to make your place among such big faces. If I had not done Brahmastra, I would not have got work in Bedhadak because I would not have met Karan sir. He would not have even made me a part of his talent company Dharma Cornerstone Agency.

Gurfateh Pirzada will be seen in the role of Angad in the film Bedhadak. Karan Johar is going to present completely new faces to the audience. Lakshya Lalvani and Guru Fateh Pirzada are going to be seen in this film along with Shanaya Kapoor. Bedhadak features Shanaya Kapoor as ‘Nirmat’, Lakshya as ‘Karan’ and Gurfateh Peerzada as ‘Angad’.
