Kartikya Arora, publisher TMM (Thnkmkt Magazine), who has made it large in less than 6 years with dozens of A-list Bollywood stars gracing the cover of his Delhi-based premium lifestyle and entertainment magazine is here to conquer the market with rich content, creativity, and his craft of presenting a brand, and an individual in the right light.
For Kartikya, brands and their stories have always been fascinating and that was one of the reasons he took up branding and marketing as his key profession. He affirms, “The idea behind launching this magazine was to be the voice of all homegrown talents from startups to acting and sports to all things creative.”
As a one-man army, he stepped in the shoes of a publisher and started a premium lifestyle and entertainment magazine. He informs, “TMM, Thnkmkt Magazine, is a 6-year-old publishing company that has created a niche for itself in the lifestyle, luxury, and entertainment market over a span of time with its quality content, interesting success stories, and promoting real talent from all walks of life.”
The A-listers of Bollywood who have graced the cover of the magazine include Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Priyanka Chopra, Sunny Leone, Dia Mirza, Sara Ali Khan, and more. His publication has also featured names like Mary Kom, Rupinder Pal Singh, Chef Vikas Khanna, Farah Khan on its cover celebrating the beauty of Indian talents.
In Kartikya’s opinion, his marketing and branding skills have surely helped him build a brand that has worked with many international players. As a passionate traveler, Kartikya loves exploring new places, menus, and culture and with his publication, he has been to many national and international FAM trips that have helped enrich the content of his magazine. He has also been an articulate speaker at various tourism events, sharing his experiences and has also been a guiding force to many young talents from the media schools and colleges.
Kartikya’s success mantra is to do what makes you happy. And that’s the reason he has been an integral part of a few COVID relief initiatives and other social welfare units that aim at improving the quality of life in the national capital. “From being an employee to an employer, I have realized that hard work has no alternative and I preach the same to all my team members and at all public events. I always make short-term goals and keep my focus sharp to achieve them,” he concludes.
